Layouts and Capacities

Lakeview Country Club has a number of rooms available for functions; we can offer the Lakeside Garden Room for small scale meetings and confrences or on a larger scale Lakeview Suite or banquet room suitable for parties, exhibitions, weddings and conferences. We can also offer the use of our Old Bowling Green for marques and for larger scale events. Information regarding these conference rooms and facilities can be found below.

The Lakeview suite is a beautifull room with high beamed ceilings a dedicated bar and kitchen and is versitile for almost any use. This room is located on the first floor and at present we do not have any disabled access to this room.

We can offer a range of room layouts for this suite:

Theatre- In this style the maximum capacily is 130 deligates
U-Shape- In this style the maximum capacily is 50 deligates
Classroom- In this style the maximum capacily is 130 deligates
Boardroom- In this style the maximum capacily is 80 deligates
Banquet- In this style the maximum capacily is 130 deligates
Cabaret- In this style the maximum capacily is 65 deligates

The Lakeside Garden Room is a smaller more intimate room with good natural light and plesant views of the mature grounds. It holds around 30 deligates in a theatre style, however this room can be setup to individual specifications. It is located on the ground floor near the lounge area and has good access for disabled deligates.

The Old Bowling Green Is a large outide area adjacent to our beer garden that can be used for large black tie events, large corporate events or parties. Pictures of marquee specifications are available on request.
